The Essence of Facilitation NZ September

The Essence of Facilitation is a training programme in which participants develop their skills and understanding of facilitation to a deeper level. This programme explores facilitation as a series of distinctions which can be mastered.

Ideal for those who are serious about becoming masters in facilitation, the programme is also the second stage in Zenergy’s Diploma of Facilitation – created for those interested in undertaking the development necessary to become competent, professional facilitators.

The programme builds on from Stage 1: The Art of Facilitation and focuses on working in the moment and handling challenging group situations. The programme provides a person-centred framework (philosophy and methodology) and experiential skills training in group facilitation.

You will work with the key skill of ‘Distinguishing’; learn what it means, distinguish 13 key elements of group process, and learn how to generate breakthroughs in group effectiveness using these distinctions.
